Ashok has been in practice since 1990 and has also worked in UAE for over 6 years wherein he was in-charge of arranging equity, venture funding for emerging Industry. He has worked closely with private equity funds and cultivated strong working partnerships with large local and international PE houses. He has structured the PE transactions and has advised on legal structuring from tax point of view. He possess more than seven years of extensive experience in the fields of Corporate law and procedures, Secretarial Compliance Audit, FEMA Compliance and other related Compliances.
